My 12-year old daughter has picked up an interesting new habit.
Whenever I grab a full trash bag to take outside, I expect to come back in and reline the trash can with a new bag.
But lately, when I come back inside, it’s already lined.
The first time, I thought I forgot that I already lined it. But it kept happening.
Turns out my daughter just decided to line it for me every time I took the trash out. I never asked her to. She didn’t say she was going to do it. She just did it.
To me, it feels like magic. Something that needs to be done that I assume I have to do is just done.
How often do you provide this kind of experience for your clients? What small—or big—things can you just do under the radar that feel like magic for them?
